Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty. It is up to the wearer to maintain the warranty by
bringing the piece in for inspection every 6 months. See our policy for more
details.
Does URU accept returns?
We accept returns on in-stock jewelry within 30 days of purchase, if it is in the
same condition it was purchased. We do not accept returns on custom created
jewelry, but we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please see our policies
for more information.
How do I care for my jewelry?
We have a full jewelry care guide with specific information to keep
your jewelry clean and maintained.

How long does it take to design a piece of custom jewelry?
With the custom design process, the more time you can give us, the better it is for
everyone. When an order is placed to move into the CAD phase, you can expect
the initial design in 7-10 business days. Any modifications will be added
within two business days. Once a design is approved, we would like to have 4-5
weeks for production. We do all of our work on-site, so we can be moderately
flexible with due dates if absolutely necessary. The whole process can take 7-8
weeks, depending on how many modifications you need. However, we can sometimes
rush a job if you need it by a certain date.
Is custom jewelry more expensive than a ready-made piece of jewelry?
Because everything about the process is custom, you tell us your budget and we will
adjust the quality of materials to accommodate it. Every piece is made
in-house, so we have all the power over the materials going into your piece.
You can work with our designers as long as it takes, never at an additional
cost. So no, custom is not more expensive than a ready-made piece, unless you
want it to be.
How much is the shipping / postage?
The ordered goods are shipped by post. The shipping cost depends on your region

We offer you 2 payment methods:
■ Pay with PayPal – secure payment via PayPal account or with card.
■ Pay by credit / debit card – pay with highest security on bank site
Sold-out product – when will it be in stock again?
Our website is updated daily. We
recommend you follow it or set up a notification by email. Once the desired product is back in stock you’ll receive an email notification.
Do you do personalised jewellery?
We make jewellery from our manufacturer, we do crafted from premium materials, including sterling silver, 14-carat gold plating.
